Thomas Lillethun is the heart of TLCreation. A licensed general contractor with over 12 years of experience in Montreal, Thomas brings more than just skill to his projects—he brings a deep love for building, a respect for every detail, and an unwavering commitment to doing things right.

Born in Norway, Thomas moved abroad at a young age and spent much of his childhood in India, Nepal, Thailand, and Mexico. Even as a boy, he had a talent for construction—building intricate LEGO structures, crafting model airplanes, and working alongside skilled craftsmen in the communities he grew up in. These early experiences shaped both his creativity and his hands-on understanding of how things are made.

When he moved to Canada, starting a career in construction felt natural. He began working independently, and quickly earned a reputation for quality, reliability, and thoughtful problem-solving. Many of his first clients are still with him today.

What sets Thomas apart is more than technical know-how. He listens closely, communicates clearly, and approaches every home as if it were his own. His work is clean, respectful, and precise—but also personal. For Thomas, this isn’t just construction—it’s craftsmanship with heart.
